RoomReadyGo is a DBA of Heaviside Function, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and Heaviside Function, LLC and govern your use of the RoomReadyGo website, interest forms, and optional SMS program. By using the website or submitting an interest form, you agree to these terms.
1. About RoomReadyGo
RoomReadyGo is developing a service to connect people seeking long-term rooms in shared homes with property managers who have rooms available. This first version collects expressions of interest. It does not display live rental inventory, accept rental applications, process rent or deposits, or execute leases.
Joining the interest list is free and creates no obligation to rent a room or use a future paid service. We do not guarantee a launch date, availability in any area, a suitable room or renter, a response time, occupancy, or any particular outcome. Any future paid services will have their fees and applicable terms disclosed before you agree to them.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement to submit a form. Provide accurate information and contact details that belong to you or that you are authorized to use. If you represent a business, you must have authority to act on its behalf. Let us know if your needs or contact preferences change.
3. Acceptable use and housing conduct
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent listings, impersonate another person, send spam, upload malicious content, attempt to access private records, or interfere with the service. Do not use RoomReadyGo to facilitate unlawful discrimination, harassment, or misleading housing offers. Property managers are responsible for their authority to offer rooms and for complying with applicable housing, occupancy, licensing, and other requirements.
4. Inquiries and introductions
Submitting your interest allows the RoomReadyGo team to follow up by email about that inquiry. It does not constitute acceptance into housing, approval of a renter, or a rental agreement. We do not automatically share your contact information with other renters or managers. If we propose an introduction, we will seek your permission before sharing contact details. Any future rental agreement is a separate agreement between the relevant parties. You are responsible for evaluating a proposed room, property manager, renter, and any terms before making a commitment.
5. SMS Terms
Program name: RoomReadyGo, operated by Heaviside Function, LLC doing business as RoomReadyGo.
Program description: If you separately opt in, RoomReadyGo may send recurring automated text messages to the US mobile number you provide about your room search or room availability and responses to your inquiry. Your consent applies to this RoomReadyGo program only. We do not enroll you in unrelated promotional programs.
Voluntary consent: SMS consent is optional, separate from agreeing to these terms, and not a condition of purchase or use of the service. Providing a phone number alone is not consent. You must control the number or have the subscriber’s permission to enroll it.
Frequency and costs: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider’s rates and plan terms apply. We do not charge a separate fee to participate in this SMS program.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also request removal by emailing j@jmob.io.

Delivery: Delivery depends on carrier coverage and other conditions and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Tell us if your enrolled number changes or is reassigned.
Privacy: Please read our Privacy Policy for how RoomReadyGo handles mobile numbers and SMS consent. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Website content and intellectual property
The RoomReadyGo name, website design, and original content are owned by RoomReadyGo or its licensors. You may use the site for personal use or legitimate business inquiries. Do not reproduce or exploit website content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights. The home imagery is illustrative and does not represent an available room or an inspected property.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The website and interest-list service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the website or a feature. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RoomReadyGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or interest-list service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your non-waivable consumer rights.
9. Privacy, changes, and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices. We may revise these terms as the service develops. We will post the updated terms and effective date on this page and provide additional notice where required. If you do not agree with updated terms, stop using the service.
