Privacy Policy

RoomReadyGo is a DBA of Heaviside Function, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how RoomReadyGo collects, uses, protects, and handles information when you visit our website, submit an interest form, or participate in our SMS program.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide: your name, email address, optional US mobile number, city and state, and any notes you submit. Room seekers also provide a monthly budget and intended move-in timing. Property managers provide room count, availability, and, optionally, a company name. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, identity documents, or other sensitive information in these forms.
We record when you submit a form, the form you used, your agreement to the terms, and your SMS consent choice. If you opt in, we retain the consent wording, policy version, and submission timestamp as evidence of that choice.
Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, and basic device or browser information for website operation, security, and troubleshooting. For form abuse prevention, our application uses a keyed hash of an IP address rather than storing the raw IP in the lead record. Those rate-limit records are removed after approximately two days.
2. How we use information
We use information to maintain our interest lists; understand demand by location, budget, and timing; respond to inquiries; develop and operate RoomReadyGo; and follow up about your room search or available rooms. We also use it to protect the website, resolve problems, honor your preferences, and meet legal obligations. Submitting a form authorizes an email response about your inquiry. It does not automatically authorize SMS messages.
3. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing for unrelated purposes. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We use Microsoft Azure to host the website, store form submissions, and send notification emails to the RoomReadyGo team. Service providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us, under applicable confidentiality and data protection requirements. If we enable the SMS program, messaging providers such as Twilio and telecommunications carriers may process the mobile number and messaging information needed to deliver messages and honor opt-outs. We do not provide those providers with consent to market their own services to you.
At this interest-list stage, we do not automatically send your contact details to other renters or property managers. We will obtain your permission before making an introduction that shares your contact details. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, safety, or the security of the service.
4. SMS privacy and choices
The RoomReadyGo SMS program covers updates about your room search or room availability and responses to your inquiry. Participation requires a separate, voluntary opt-in. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact j@jmob.io. After an opt-out, you may receive one confirmation message. We will stop further program messages unless you choose to opt in again. Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from using the service or contacting us by email. SMS consent applies only to RoomReadyGo’s described program and is not transferable to another business.
5. Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing analytics. A short-lived form session token helps protect submissions. Your form details are not stored in your browser’s persistent storage. Our hosting and security infrastructure may process technical logs necessary to serve and protect the site.
6. Retention and security
We keep interest-list records while they are useful for your inquiry and our service development, and remove or de-identify them when they are no longer needed. You may request deletion at any time. Consent, opt-out, security, or legal records may be retained as needed to honor your choices, document compliance, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal requirements. Information may also remain in backups until those backups expire.
We use HTTPS, private database storage, and restricted service credentials to help protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use email rather than the form if you have questions about what is appropriate to share.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or ask us to stop following up, by emailing j@jmob.io. We may need to verify your request before acting. We will honor applicable privacy rights and will not discriminate against you for exercising them. Some rights and exceptions depend on your state of residence and the laws that apply to RoomReadyGo.
8. Adults and the United States
RoomReadyGo is intended for adults age 18 or older in the United States. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can address it. Information is processed using services located in or supporting operations in the United States.
9. Changes and contact
